Comprehensive Service Plan

This is an On-Site service plan designed for mission critical systems that need to maintain maximum uptime. An experienced field engineer will arrive on-site, with parts, within four business hours.


Basic Service Plan

This is an On-Site service plan designed as a lower cost alternative to our Comprehensive Service. You get the same quality service provided in the comprehensive plan, except you allow for an eight business hour response time window from the placement of the service call.


Carry In Service

This service is provided as a low cost alternative for non-critical systems where a premium On-Site response plan is not necessary. Any device delivered will be repaired by an experienced field engineer within two business days.
